80 000 hours. Thats the amount of time the typical human being spends on their career. I like the idea of passion being the genesis of genius. And if we actually spend to much time working, it would be best to pick something we love. In that case we not only do the best job but also enjoy it.
I see startups as my entry point to the possibility of doing something I love. Because in the best case scenario I can build my own company be independent and work on the rules that fit me and my passion best instead of following typical corporate structures.
